Dear Sen. Mulroe:
Re: SB 1410
Please allow the doctor visits to remain at kindergarten, 6th grade and 9th grade.
Do you realize the unintended consequences of your bill, which burdens over burdened families of children with special needs, their siblings and parents?
Possible unforeseen problems:
-scheduling nightmare to coordinate one visit for the whole family
-dollar and personal costs for additional yearly doctor visits
-crowded offices for children who have difficulty attending to lectures and need constant redirection
-increased anxiety for child with special needs
-lack of information re vaccination risks per vaccine manufacturers’ package inserts: adverse reactions, precautions
-possible rescheduling changes for doctors’ staff

Dear Sen. Mulroe:
Thank you for having this meeting* and listening to Dr. Robert Kennedy on the serious adverse reactions to mercury-containing vaccines. Please answer the following questions re vaccinations.
1) Who is the local school authority? What are examples?
2) How is the objection form worded? What is an example?
3) What does SB 1410 mean by detailing grounds on the objection form?
4) Does a Chiropractor qualify to sign an exemption form?
5) Does a signed statement from a parent, and health practitioner mean that the child is in compliance for school-state funding?
6) What is the parent/s or legal guardian is an atheist? How will the form handle it?
7) Why are you changing the following 1995 legal opinion that Director of Public Health, John Lumpkin, sent me:
“Based on legal opinions issued by the state board, it is my understanding that a parent or guardian simply must set forth the specific religious beliefs that form the basis for the objection. The religious objection may be personal and need not be directed by the tenets of an established religious organization.”
Illinois Vaccine Awareness Coalition (IVAC) members look forward to your reply.
